Each cycle follows the rhythm of the moon: we begin with intention and honest reflection, move into small aligned actions, deepen through practice and accountability, and close with integration, feedback, and refinement.

This is not a passive course. It is a living dojo — a place to practice, be witnessed, recommit, and upgrade one area of your life at a time.

How the Cycle Works

Week 1 — New Moon: Clarity & Intention
Choose one meaningful life upgrade. Look honestly at where you are, where you want to go, and what beliefs or behaviors may need to shift.

Week 2 — Building Moon: Action & Habit Stacking
Begin small, consistent actions. Use tiny habits and simple tracking to make the new pattern easier to practice.

Week 3 — Full Moon: Peak Action & Pattern Work
Deepen the desired behavior, strengthen commitment, and create more resistance around old patterns that no longer serve.

Week 4 — Waning Moon: Review & Integration
Evaluate what changed, what moved the needle, what got in the way, and what wants to carry forward into the next cycle.
